Dispute Policy

VidBids disputes are reviewed using the contract terms, bid snapshot, messages, deliverable versions, revision notes, approvals, and audit trail recorded in the deal room.
When to Open a Dispute
A dispute may be opened for missed deadlines, non-delivery, materially incomplete work, unauthorized usage, payment release disagreement, or conduct that violates platform rules.
Evidence
Both sides should keep communication, files, approvals, and revision requests inside VidBids. Off-platform evidence may be considered, but the deal room is treated as the primary record.
Possible Outcomes
Outcomes may include revision request, partial approval, payment release, partial refund, cancellation, account action, or escalation to external payment-provider or legal processes.
